11:00am - 2:00pmSaturday, May 10th 11:00am-2:00pm. Sparta School will hold a Spring Festival outside. Come enjoy games, food, and lots of fun.
Stressed Out? We Can Help! We are pleased to announce the launch of www.highcountryhelp.com, a website devoted to connecting students in Alleghany, Ashe, and Watauga Counties to information related to mental health resources and suicide prevention. Though the site was designed with students in grades 7-12 in mind, the resources contained on this site may be helpful to teachers and parents as well. In addition to self-help information and community resources, each of the Alleghany County Schools has a page with contact information for a guidance counselor that can put students in touch with additional resources as needed.
